Music from the third season of David Lynch’s “Twin Peaks” was just recently released on vinyl via Death Waltz Recording Company. The 2xLP entitled ‘Twin Peaks: Limited Event Series‘ includes tracks from Angelo Badalamenti, Johnny Jewel, Chromatics, Muddy Magnolias, and David Lynch among others, and will be followed by a second 2xLP release from the second half of “Twin Peaks” this summer.

The soundtrack’s artwork is a continuation of previous “Twin Peaks” releases featuring a red die-cut, spot gloss sleeve that reveals “a key moment in the show”. You can find the double album either in “cherry pie splatter” or “machine room grey” colored vinyl – maybe both if you’re a hoarder of glossy vinyl. Check out the soundtrack’s tracklisting and artwork below.

On a darker “Twin Peaks” note: actress Penny Lipton passed away earlier this month after a lengthy battle with colon cancer at the age of 72. Lipton starred as Norma Jennings, the owner of Double R. Diner in the original run of “Twin Peaks” as well as in 2017’s “Twin Peaks: The Return“.
