The Rude Awakening, a UK synthpop duo, is paving the way for their upcoming album set to release in Spring 2024, with the recent launch of their third single, She Has a Juice Box. As is characteristic of many of TRA’s original compositions, the song weaves a thread of real-life experiences with fantasy, seasoned with charm and a splash of cheekiness. Drawing inspiration from the obscure new wave/synth-pop of the 80s, blending in 90s indie eclecticism, and infusing a playful spirit reminiscent of the 00s, the track exudes British phlegmatic charm with an infinite allure.
