This track was meticulously recorded, mixed, and produced by Jose Ibanez at 3rd Planet Recording Studio in Liverpool and masterfully mastered by Martin Kuchta at Roughgrain Mastering. Sound-wise, it’s a wicked concoction of Southern rock blended with ’60s garage rock & blues, boasting exceptional vocal performance and larger-than-life guitar riffs. Discussing the meaning behind the band’s new single, The Heavy North lead singer Kenny Stuart said, “Give A Little Love is a song about finding the positives in life and not focusing on the negatives all of the time”. “It’s a song for anyone who’s feeling bogged down and needs reminding of the good things, even when they’re difficult to find” added Kenny. “I suppose the message behind ‘Give A Little Love’ is to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and go again.”
