Speaking on the new single, vocalist Marcus Marooth says “The lyrics for Simple Pleasures were written as a vent of frustrations from my time living in a large bustling city, where life seems to move at 100mph and you are surrounded by so many people but so few friends. It reflects on this and also wanting a quiet life somewhere smaller, closer to nature.”
