Pale Moon, the brainchild of Árni & Nata, made waves in Iceland’s indie pop scene in 2018 and recently unveiled their latest single, Spaghetti. This track was recorded in Catalunya, Spain, as part of their 2nd album, Carpets, Cables, and Sweaty Hearts. Spaghetti marks a departure into a more raw and visceral sound, featuring funky bass, groovy indie guitars, and a burst of energy delivered by Nata’s captivating performance. The release is complemented by an eccentric video directed and shot by Giacomo Soranzio. While it may appear that Pale Moon doesn’t take themselves too seriously, their music is a playful indie pop sensation with delicate vocals, intricate melodies, and an addictive touch of eccentricity.
