Hailing from NYC, songwriter Lila Dupont presents Deep End, her latest creation, an evocative alt pop ballad. Her delicate vocal performance delicately intertwines with the rich and dark, alt pop soundscapes, while the lyrics cut through like a razor’s edge. Accompanied by a highly artistic black-and-white video directed by the talented duo Samuel Eszenyi and Lila Dupont herself, this offering is a mesmerizing journey into the depths of emotion and artistry, where Dupont’s talent shines in its raw and poignant form. Deep End is a captivating testament to her ability to create music that resonates on both an emotional and visual level.

Lila says on the track, “I wrote Deep End when I was 18 following an extremely irregular period in which I was not writing songs. Deep End is one of the most emotional songs I have ever written and was surprisingly one of the easiest for me to write as I wasn’t planning out how I wanted the song to sound but simply singing how I was feeling. Deep End is a song about recognizing that you are falling into a bad place mentally but not knowing how to pull yourself out of it.
