Brooklyn-based violin virtuoso Christopher Tignor is set to unveil his highly anticipated album, The Art of Surrender, on September 29th, via Western Vinyl. The first single, Ritual of a Thousand Limbs, offers a glimpse into this musical masterpiece. Tignor’s innovative instrument, which processes his live violin through software, adds a unique touch to the captivating melodies. Playing it with both hands and feet, including a kick drum with custom triggering software, elevates the musical experience.
The accompanying video, -directed by Jason Akira Somma-, featuring Rachelle Somma, showcases her extraordinary dance style that blends pole-dancing with modern forms, harmoniously complementing the ever-shifting nature of Tignor’s mesmerizing music.
