Charlie Needs Braces recently returned with the powerful indie electro single This Land, celebrating First Nations’ deep connection to the land. The song encourages learning about the Indigenous heritage behind the places we inhabit. Accompanied by a collage-style video created with Master Kapow, the visuals feature layers of historical images and Indigenous maps, reflecting the song’s themes of respect and reconnection to Country. Charlie’s upcoming album NYAA WA (Take Care) will release in February 2025. Catch her performances at Djerriwarrh Festival and The Teskey Brothers tour in early 2025.
