Indie/folk singer songwriter Angel Olsen has proved the fact that over the years her music career is steadily rising. So after three solo full length albums ‘Half Way Home‘ (Bathetic Records, 2012), ‘Burn Your Fire No Witness‘ (Jagjaguwar, 2014), & the last year’s superb ‘My Woman‘ (Jagjaguwar, 2016), along with several collaboration, she’s about to release a collection of rarities entitled ‘Phases‘.
The collection will be released the follow month via Jagjaguwar on November 10th. The appetizer, ‘Special‘, of the official release has been made available as the first preview from the upcoming collection accompanied with a very special new video that is directed and edited by Angel herself. The song was recorded alongside the recording of Angel Olsen’s latest album ‘My Woman‘.
