Please give us a brief bio of the label. How did it start, til today….

Agoge Records was born in October 2012, with the aim to promote bands from the metal, alternative, punk, electro and indie music scene. Our first production was a pop-punk band, that permitted us to let know our activity and to grow up with physical and digital distributions, promotion and live shows.

Which labels inspired you most to make your own?

Surely the indie labels of 80’s, that managed to create successful productions that we still remember today!

Which is the motto for Agoge Records?

We to be involved step by step in the growth and development of our artists and their releases: pre-production, recording, mixing, mastering, promotion and distribution.

Which are the advantages and disadvantages of running a music label today?

The advantages are to make grow and develop a product created with passion… The disadvantages are to launch a product in a musical market increasingly bastard, where there’s no always a meritocracy.

Which are your future plans for the label?

We’ll try to create quality productions and to promote them in the best and extensive way worldwide.
