What inspired you to first start making music? And how did you come to be in your current incarnation? Or if you prefer, a brief bio about you.

Well, I got engaged with music when I was 8. Starting playing guitar. Since then, music was basically my life. I had bands, learned other instruments, but never took it as a profession. Two years ago I fell in love with ableton live, then quited my job as designer and started trying to live by music producing.

Provide us with some info about your latest release…

It’s a melodic techno album, but a bit difficult to classify. I tried to put on it all my identity and style, with all the influences I had this passing years with music, resulting on melodic vibes with a lot of ambience and hypnotic elements, but also very strong, uplifting and euphoric.

Which ones would you consider your main influences both music-wise & non-music-wise?

All the people that are unstoppable workers. All my life I have be listening that music was not for me or would not give me stability in financial terms. Then, people that never give up and never listen to what the others say always inspire me. Just follow your heart.

In what way does your sound differ from the rest genre-related artists/bands and why should we listen to your music? In other words, how would you describe your sound?

As I said before, I always try to put all my personality as musician in my tracks. They are unique because they come from my feelings and me. They involve a deep, strong and melodic ambient for the listener that tries dig you’re their feelings trough elements and no words poetry.

Please name your 3 desert islands albums, movies & books…

Albuns: 1. The Existential Soul of Tim Maia – Tim Maia
2. Live at The Fillmore – Santana
3. Origins – Captain Hook

Do you prefer studio or performing live and why?

Performing. Although getting a lot nervous when I get up on the stage, the energy and the connection with the public are unpayable.

Is there any funny-unique story you would like to share with us, always in relation to your music ‘career’?

Well, people aways say my artist name is not a good one for market. But it’s a tribute for my first cat that’s missing for years, Maga.

Which track of your own would you point out as the most unique and why?

Space Mermaid. For me it’s the most touching track. The vocals and the epic ambience just gave me shivers when I was composing it.

Would you like to share with our readers your future plans?

For now, keep producing and staying home. In an early future, I hope, we’ll meet on the dancefloors!
