  1. Metronomy – ‘Lately’

Metronomy meet 80s classic “Honey I Shrunk The Kids” with their latest ace video for ‘Lately‘. The track which is about ‘growing up‘ is taken off the upcoming 6th album from brit faves, and it’s a great indie electronic gem, with a cathcy as hell chorus, and a bold dose of lush synth work. The brit band sounds fresher than ever, and judging by ‘Lately‘, the anticipation for their upcoming full-length is high. Addictive!

  1. PJ Harvey – ‘The Crowded Cell’

The Crowded Cell‘ is taken from the original soundtrack for the TV drama mini series “The Virtues“. The series is the latest work by  the director of “This Is England“, Shane Meadows.  Six new songs by PJ Harvey are included in the original soundtrack, and ‘The Crowded Cell‘  is one of those, with its video featuring footage from the series.

Apart from “The Virtues” soundtrack, Harvey also participated in the original soundtrack  for the movie “All About Eve” released via Invada Records. So it’s more than correct to say that she is back for good.

  1. Henri Bergmann – ‘Interference’

Now this is some sublime ‘space’ techno that could even move the heaviest android with its anthemic chorus. Henri Bergman creates grandiose, atmospheric techno. enriched with space elements and when you think that’s another hardcore “floor-killer”, when the clock marks the 3rd minute this ‘beast’ literally takes off with heavenly melodies and some of the best cinematic pads of 2019! ‘Interference‘ will take you to that distant planet of infinite dance, where even the fundamental form of life will shake to this tune. Henri Bergman did it again, and we are thrilled!

  1. Be The Bear – ‘Mermaid’

Welcome to the jaunty electro-pop universe of Swedish act Be the Bear, where the most serious issues, like the one of mental illness, are sang in a bold, captivating and uplifting mood. Yes, ‘Mermaid‘, the 4th single by the mastermind Christina Wehage behind the project, is a glorious electro-pop gem with a divine vocal performance, and a loving hug for every lonely soul. A sonic apocalypse that will reveal its treasures from its very first moments….
