I really love the almost poetic dream pop of SubLuminal‘s Lilac Echoes And The Exquisite Resurgence Of Academic Drifting. From its impressive title to the angelic female vocals and the gradual build-up to the anthemic crescendo, this Bay Area band and new project from Stefano Corazza, formerly of Matildapunto, captivates in the best possible way. The post rock structure combined with the dream pop allure is what makes this gem shine brightly.
And we just cannot, and don’t wanna resist!
