Sanja Cin, originally from Bosnia and Hercegovina, experienced a childhood marred by war, which led her and her family to relocate to Austria. After some years in Vienna, an unexpected twist of fate brought her to Manchester. She’s currently working on a new EP, a collaborative effort with drummer, guitarist, and producer Rhys Jiang. The lead single, Hollywood, serves as a love letter to the complexities of dating and confusion, paying tribute to the frictions that come with relationships and the hope that accompanies them. Ultimately, it’s a nod to the ease of blaming Hollywood for it all.
