Max Agee formed Lawn Enforcement in 2021 to serve as a live band for his solo project Western Media, and the group includes his longtime friend Dawson Newman on bass and Jackson DeGrappo on drums. Their musical style incorporates elements of 90s alternative rock, shoegaze, and emo, and is influenced by iconic acts such as My Bloody Valentine, Dinosaur Jr., and Sunny Day Real Estate.
