However, unlike its predecessor, Take Your Money tackles the issue of how the UK’s prominent decision-makers use their power to exploit and mistreat the less privileged for their own benefit, by addressing the defunding of the National Health Service (NHS) and its resulting consequences for those who cannot afford private healthcare, the song highlights the extent to which such policies can cause suffering and injustice.
