British musician Bonobo, invigorated from the January release of his sixth studio album ‘Migration‘, Laura Marling whose ‘Semper Femina‘ album was just released, and indie rock band Wild Beasts join headliner Foals at Citadel 2017.

Citadel marks Foals only UK festival appearance in 2017, as the band is starting to work on their fifth album. Speaking on the festival, frontman Yannis stated: “..it’s a chance to play London again and it’s a really good line-up. Over the last few years it’s been really great and I know it’ll be great again this year. It’s close to home so we don’t have to rent a bus, we can just get the tube.” Joining Yannis and the rest are Maggie Rogers, Hudson Taylor, RY X, Lucky Chops and Picture This on the main stage, whilst Mercury Prize-nominated Michael Kiwanuka, Sylvan Esso, Dan Croll, Twin Peaks, Nadine Sha, Banfi, Joseph J. Jones and Margaret Glaspy will be on the Communion stage. Other artists to have been announced include: Ardyn, Vessels, Parcels, Jake Isaac, Bombino, A Blaze Of Feather, Oumou Sangare, Charlie Straw and Cosmic Strip.

The summer festival takes place in London’s Victoria Park on Sunday July 16th.
