Olivia Belli

Olivia Belli is a modern piano performer and composer. After having lived in big cities she settled with her family in the open countryside of Marche (Italy) where she can focus on her creativity following the natural rhythm of nature that’s a strong inspiration for her music.

She plays all kinds of pianos: Grand, Upright, Contemporary like UNA CORDA, old and noisey, Virtual. She always manipulates the sound adding material inside the acoustic instrument, or using electronics or samples sounds recorded by herself or in the sound post-production session.

She has been releasing since December 2016: first she focused on her performer role playing the most important contemporary composers who influence her music like Einaudi, Richter, Glass, Morricone. In all of her covers she has pursued a new approach.

Her first EP as a composer was released on March 2018 as a tribute to the Piano Day Commemoration. Her debut full album “Where Night Never Comes” with 16 original piano songs was published on October 2018 and was supported by a successfully Kickstarter campaign, chosen by Kickstarter as “Project We Love, winner of the “Best Modern Classical Album 2018” by SoloPiano.com (USA) and included in the Best Classical Top Chart by Reverbnation.
