Mortiis – Norway’s dungeon synth God announces Spring Tour

Håvard Ellefsen, the man who’s become eponymous with Mortiis, has announced a series of ten live dates this spring in North America. The dungeon synth band/act/mortal-being-otherwise-known-as-Håvard just reissued 1993’s ‘The Song of a Long Forgotten Ghost‘ demo this past Friday, which has been completely restored, remastered, and lustered up by Jules Seifert (of Epic Audio Media). Referring to it as a “mythical recording”, Mortiis in a statement promoting the release said ‘The Song…’, “arguably, started the movement that came to be known as Dungeon Synth.” Surprise yourself with the quality of this mint update below, and give Mortiis’ tour dates a peek.
