- Pinemoon – ‘Sinister’
Four minutes of absolute shoegaze bliss. Four minutes that Slowdive should be proud of. Why? The 1st single off Pinemoon‘s debut album is an “atypical” ode to ‘Star Roving‘. Yep, it’s that addicitve! The Copenhagen based band achieves to combine the etheral melancholy of shoegaze with an almost anthemic chorus in a gem that should be considered an instant classic. Hey shoegazer, wake up! this is your brand new favorite band! On repeat…

- Pinkish Black – ‘Concept Unification’
Pinkish Black was created after the end of the experimental rock band The Great Tyrant resulted by the suicide of their bassist Tommy Atkins. Pinkish Black’s fourth album ‘Concept Unification’ will be released on June 14th via Relapse Records.

- Wildhoney – ‘Naive Castle’
The Baltimore based dream pop band Wildhoney is back with some new recordings after almost two years. A new song ‘Naive Castle‘ is already shared, just to give a first idea of what is about to follow. Naive Castle‘ reminds us of 90’s indie pop bands combined with 80s dream pop elements – think of Sundays meet The Cranberries. Their sound is hazy but pop, with dreamy, nostalgic and melancholic attitude that will ‘glue’ in your ears a for long time after the initial contact.

- The Dead Sound – ‘Into the dark’
German newcomers, The Dead Sound will release their debut album ‘Cuts‘ via CRAZYSANE RECORDS on July 19th, and introduce themselves as a post punk, synthwave and noise band. Often, if not always, this sonic blend has an impressive result, including this time!
Their sound could be compared with acts like A Place To Bury Strangers and The Jesus And The Marry Chain. From this new work we picked for this week’s mixtape the first sample ‘Into The Dark‘. A dynamite of dark noise. Enjoy!

- The Millennial Club – ‘MI’
Take a deep breath, cause what’s to follow is a sublime fresh track, an ideal blend of indie electronic with R&B and 80’s synth pop. Like the band aptly describes, ‘MI‘ is the most anthemic one off their 6-track debut ‘She’s So Insane‘ EP. The So-Cal based four-piece, The Millenial Club, is here to gift you with the most important present: A broad smile on your face while listening to this captivating tune. And this sax….
Summer is already here!
