VON KONOW is the Finnish project fronted by the singer, composer and visual artist Marko von Konow and Wipe Out is their first release of the year; A grandiose art rock magnum opus with compelling arrangement & orchestration, heavily influenced by the 70s progressive rock, but also the 80s new wave and artists like The Jam & David Bowie, and 90s brit pop & psychedelia. This magnetic, and upbeat treat sounds like the imaginary jam between Ennio Morricone & The Jam, while David Bowie & Jarvis Cocker check if everything runs smoothly. Epic!
