Elizabeth LeBaron of Calgary and Jake Zavracky of Boston, known as The Dream Eaters, dive deep into catchy electro pop with their latest single, Oh Tanya! The track is a nostalgic nod to the shameless days of the ’80s, bringing back memories of dancing semi-naked in front of mirrors, pretending to be the next A-ha or Bros singer.

It’s that lighthearted, carefree vibe that makes Oh Tanya! so irresistible, capturing the essence of ’80s pop with a modern twist.

‘Oh Tanya!’ is a very good example of our songwriting style,” says Zavracky about their new single. “It’s a melodramatic parody of pop music that, at the same time, says something that is meaningful to us. Tanya is not a person, the name is a proxy for anything that can be lost.” LeBaron adds, “There’s a lot of vibrato and longing in it, like a wet 80s New Wave love song.”
