London-based jazz-electronic quartet respair‘s debut single Colours belongs to this very special category of songs that the listener (or at least me!) feels he/she has always been connected in some way. Are the warm vocals, the spine-chilling synth line, the stunning nostalgic vibes of perhaps the melodic drop at around 4th minute mark with an one of a kind chilling euphoria the reasons somebody may feel comfortable/familiar with? Or, imaginably the combination of all the aforementioned? Whatever! Colours is a mesmerizing jazztronica treat and among the most notable debut singles for 2023 so far….
