The lofi downtempo project of Birmingham, Alabama natives Crawford King (keyboards) and Robert Wason (bass). resort realism, recently gifted us with its single melodica, the followup release to their 2021’s debut album. This bewitching instrumental piece features the distinctive sound of melodica (well guessed!) and could be described as an atypical amalgam of trip-hop with lo-fi hip-hop & downtempo. This earcandy’s main virtue is the stunning nostalgic vibe unleashed reminiscent to the instrumental genius of Moon Safari-era AIR.
