Eastcliff‘s Kaleidoscope is a hauntingly beautiful ballad that evolves from darkness into a burst of vibrant sound, reflecting the emotional journey of finding beauty after a storm. Written by Matt Davidson (Eastcliff), the track was inspired by a poem penned during a difficult breakup. With the raw vulnerability of Jeff Buckley’s live performances, the song swells with explosive energy, capturing both heartbreak and healing. Spanning five and a half minutes of indie folk with classic rock brilliance, Kaleidoscope is a dynamic piece of songwriting. Produced by Jon Gilbert (Mt. Joy, Flipturn), it features stellar collaborations with JC Wright, Naveed Farhadi, and Andrew Crawford, and is the first of many singles, marking an exciting new chapter for the group.
