Dion Lunadon‘s Secrets is the blazing war cry, the punk rock pulse of rebellion, and the first grenade tossed from the explosive arsenal of the forthcoming 3rd album, Systems Edge, set to detonate on November 14th via In The Red Records. It’s a fiery little power punker, a molotov cocktail of sound, meant to scorch and leave you craving more. The accompanying video, directed by Dion himself, adds to the punk DIY ethos.
With a fuzzy garage punk rock dynamite in the vein of Thee Oh Sees, Amyl and The Sniffers, Ty Segall, and Black Lips, Secrets is a sonic rebellion, a ferocious scream against the mundanity of the everyday, and a fiery manifesto of Dion Lunadon’s punk spirit.
Dion says about the video, “I wanted to capture a band performance without any smoke and mirrors. An honest feel and vibe that would visually accompany the sentiment of the song.”
