Arvida Byström, the highly regarded Swedish visual artist, recently made her grand entrance into the music world with the enchanting release of siren eyes. Teaming up with collaborator Fredrik Gran, Arvida’s ethereal vocals take center stage, accompanied by lush alt-pop soundscapes that paint a vivid sonic landscape. The composition is adorned with captivating melodies that beckon listeners into a realm of intrigue, while evoking an unmistakably futuristic atmosphere. The project premiered on Porsche’s SCOPE Festival with a performance by Arvida past Wednesday and the debut EP is planned for release in the fall of 2023.
