Arih SK – ‘A Lot of Questions’
About Arih SK
Arih SK is an artist living and working in St. Catharines, Ontario. He has a knack for writing short, slightly upbeat songs with simple melodies about loss, nostalgia, family, and relationships. Creeping Senescence is SK’s second full-length album in two years. While Ready (his first album), released in 2020, explored endings and beginnings with a full measure of melancholy, the follow-up promises more heartache with a backbeat. The title, Creeping Senescence, comes from a fireside conversation between SK and his father, who was a biologist, and refers to the gradual deterioration of living things (being old or becoming old). Throughout the album, the pendulum shifts between acceptance and resistance, hope and despair. Recording in basements and garages, campers and vans, SK instills a little of the grit of life into his tracks. SK founded Band on a Couch and plays bass for Stereo Sunrise, Pablo Paddy, and Joel van Vliet. During the 9 to 5, SK is designing and inspecting bridges, and after dinner he takes his kids down to the park for a swing. Life creeps forward.

Chioke – ‘Muse’
About Chioke
Cinematic, celestial, and ethereal are a few ways to describe Chioke’s sultry sounds. With her pyschadelic production and her dreamlike cadence, this alternative R&B artist sends her listeners floating in time every moment she graces the microphone. Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, the self described “wavy cat-mom” got her start in music at the ripe age of 19. At a young age, Chioke had a love for spoken word, and early on she started to define her sound through her Parnassian gift. Poetry was her primary outlet. Having moved around a lot as child, she used writing to cope with her ever changing surroundings. In 2017, Chioke started recording her first pieces of music. Like many artists, the songstress’s first songs were recorded in a bedroom studio with her best friend and producer, Jay Dreamer. Shortly after the two started their journey in music together, they were hit with the tragedy of Jay’s untimely death. “I would have never been in music if it wasn’t for him…So everything I do is for him”. As her best friend and first supporter, Chioke sites Jay as her biggest inspiration and motivator in music. In 2020 Chioke aspires to become one of music’s fast rising stars as she prepares to release her first project. ~Bloom Media

Landon Conrath – ‘2AM’
About Landon Conrath
Minneapolis musician Landon Conrath found his voice almost by accident. A drummer by trade, Conrath spent his formative years keeping the beat in bands rather than fronting them. It wasn’t until he opened up to a friend at a pool party with a new composition, he was encouraged to hone in his sound.
Conrath immersed himself in the recording process with reckless abandon. Since making his debut in 2020, Conrath’s distinctive brand of hook-laden indie-pop has seen him become a viral sensation on Spotify landing on influential playlists virtually overnight. His authentic, off-the-cuff style has resonated with listeners around the world amassing millions of streams. “I never wanted to make anything that was based on a trend. It’s exciting to have the freedom to really choose who I want to be and what I want to say. My goal is to make music that people can connect with.”
