Songs For Swimming – ‘Yellow Fall’
About Songs For Swimming
The Copenhagen based duo “Songs For Swimming” evolved from the shadows of the music industry. Line Bøgh and Rasmus Glendorf´s collaboration started in The Village Studios in Copenhagen, where Rasmus was producing songs for other artists, including songs for Line’s first two solo albums. The two started writing and recording together, and slowly a new project started to take form, involving the musicians that worked in the studios. The songs are written after hours in The Village Studio B; they are dreamy, weightless and silent – a bit like swimming. “Yellow fall” and “Friend” are the first of 4 songs that will be released as an EP this coming spring.

Allyson Band – ‘Lay It All on the Line’
About Allyson Band
Allyson Band is a studio project of a washed-up scientist, Dagart Allison, who felt insignificant in this massive world. After seeing his musical heroes recently pass away, the legacy they left told him he did not want his songs to be left collecting dust in his bedroom. With notebooks of songs but no recordings to show for it, he hit the studio to seize the moment. For his first time as a producer, he decided to start with some classic favorites. That is where his first self-titled EP Allyson comes from. Working with Alex Dausch in a home studio, they crafted some unique, chill, soothing renditions of some greats. After being pleasantly surprised with how the songs came out, the two worked together on completing some original songs written by Dagart. The first set of original tunes dropped on June 13th with the EP “Come Like It Goes.” More original tunes and remixes coming in Summer 2019!

The Bluechips – ‘Voices’
About The Bluechips
The Bluechips are a Psychedelic Pop Rock & Roll Power Trio from Westchester County, NY. Jake Albi (vocals/drums), Tom Davis (bass/vocals), and Paul Beladino (vocals/guitar) are lifelong friends, who upon meeting, became instant counterparts in their obsession of 60s/70s Classic Rock. In 2018, after years 10+ years of trial, error, and development, Albi, Davis, and Beladino convened in an effort to form a group where each individual could showcase their songwriting. This idea was fully realized with the release of their debut LP, “Illegal Machine” in November of 2019. The music video for “Deception” instantly grabbed the eyes and ears of The Bluechips core audience, but also established their creative partnership with visual artist Benjamin Lieber. The success of Illegal Machine culminated with The Bluechips seminal performance at the Paramount Hudson Valley Theater, in Peekskill, NY. After two years of prior gigs in bars, backyards, and basements, the event was a victory for both the band and it’s fans. In 2020, The Bluechips began recording a batch of longer compositions for release by the end of the year. As the global and domestic catastrophes started to unfold, the music began to reflect the emotions of the year. On November 13th, their pseudo-conceptual second LP “Say Goodbye”, was released. Lyrically, the album contemplated the events of 2020 and subsequent state of the planet from the aerial perspective of an airplane. Visually, Lieber was able to tie the music and concept together in a way that awarded each listener a cinematic experience akin to the monumental concept albums meticulously crafted by their classic rock heros. Ambitious and prolific by nature, The Bluechips have continued to write and record amongst restrictions on live shows and have already begun work on a follow up album for 2021.
