Julian Daniel – ‘Anxiety’
About Julian Daniel
Growing up in suburbia just north of Toronto, Canada, Julian always wanted more than the white picket fences he was surrounded by. Looking up to music legends such as Kurt Cobain, Bowie, Shania Twain and Dolly Parton, he began writing music at the age of seventeen. After releasing his debut EP, his songs appeared on Spotify’s New Music Friday, New Music Friday Canada, Fresh Finds, Fresh Finds: Pop, and It’s A Bop playlists.
When the pandemic hit, Julian Daniel decided to go off the grid and focus on himself: he removed himself from social media, didn’t listen to anyone else’s music, and started journaling everyday. The result of this isolation and self-reflection is his newest single, “Anxiety,” which is a vulnerable indie-pop track about Julian’s own experience with anxiety. The song sounds like the soundtrack of a coming-of-age film and has been paired with a similar visual.

OLI – ‘Think About It’
About OLI
Since launching last year, OLI’s lush, ethereal soundscapes; expansive and inspired visual perspectives, and ingenious, non-conformist alt-pop songwriting have earned her critical acclaim. Her first two songs ‘Happy’ and ‘What Happened to You?’ provided a sterling introduction to her graceful and subtle sound. During the lockdown, OLI spent her time getting creative with her family. “I’d actually never played so much music with my family. We’d get drunk and do funny improvised songs about each other,” she says, “My Dad would play guitar without fail every night too, I was really lucky to be around that.”
OLI moved to London from New Jersey at the age of 2. Growing up in a musical family, she was encouraged to be creative – writing her first song when she was only 7. Her influences range from the likes of Sade and Dion Warwick to bands such as Stereophonics, Supergrass and Pearl Jam and Pink Floyd. OLI co-writes and produces with legendary producer Benny D (Stormzy, Boy George, Kylie, Plan B, Robbie Williams, Paloma Faith, Depeche Mode).
2021 will see OLI restart her live performances with aplomb. Having already played at the Isle of Wight festival, she is primed to restart playing live as soon as she can.

clide – ‘can’t give back your love’
About clide
Crossing the 1M stream landmark only a few weeks after putting out his debut single isn’t exactly how clide expected his music career to take off. But before elaborating on his sky-rocketing start into the music business, let’s go back to where it all started: A flat in Berlin where the now 20-year old grew up in a rather musical household with both parents working as classical musicians. Therefore, it’s no surprise that young clide developed an affinity for music early on. As he grew up, he learned to play the piano and later even picked up the trumpet. Since then, clide came a long a way, musically and personally, took various creative turns while exploring and finding his own musical identity.
At 16 years old he started off fiddling around with a computer, a microphone and a piano, and didn’t stop since. Indeed, lo-fi pop is a big source of inspiration for clide. While he also loves writing and singing piano ballads, he’s an outspoken aficionado of pop music, likes modern & fresh sounds that build bridges between the genres of international pop, urban and r&b. You’d probably find his vinyl on shelves somewhere between Post Malone, Alexander23 and James Arthur.
Although still pretty young, clide knows exactly what adjectives he wants his music to be associated with: Authentic, innovative and raw. He wants to talk about things that move him and are close to his heart. Of course, love is one of those things but so are questions around his own identity, the search for truth, dreams and interpersonal relationships.

Tayong is a Hip Hop artist hailing from Luton, UK. Thanks to his determination and talent Tayong has worked alongside some of Rap’s legends, Erick Sermon produced the track ‘No Fear’ for his most recent Album ”INCIPIENCE”. Musical integrity and artistry is something that Tayong values highly as he engineers all of his own music and writes every lyric he raps, an accolade that not every artist can claim. To pinpoint Tayong’s sound is something very difficult to do, although clearly old school inspired his music , it’s far more than that. As there are elements of 90’s/00’s Rnb, grime in it’s heyday and boom bap. A multi talented artist able to sing and rap over any beat with the ability to keep the listener engaged for an entire project without the need for any features. There is no ‘Strongest’ element to his music as every area is as strong as the next. He flows effortlessly over any beat and consistently switches the flow making no two verses the same. Tayong is an artist filled with integrity and diversity, if his accolades to date are anything to go by, his music will continue to impress and inspire. With plans to release countless more music in 2021, there will be something for everyone. Whether the subject matter is inspirational or features his endearing arrogance, Tayong will have a unique way of engaging his audience.
