ART FICTIF – ‘returning to graceland’

About ART FICTIF

A story of time travel and a promise kept.

1989, A small fishing village in the south of France, not far from “Cap Sicié, les deux frères” …

Two friends, keyboards, samplers, an Atari ST, a guitar, a sound system, all in the back room of the family flower shop, this is what the universe of ART FICTIF looked like when the wall fell in Berlin.

We were both fans of Depeche Mode and Kraftwerk. From sleepless nights to sleepless nights we built our sound.

Then the years pass but the promise remains : we will make a record together and it will be like us.

It will take a global health crisis and widespread containment for us to get there, working from a distance.

Ten titles, and a year later, here is the result of this hard work at all times, a total self-production that exceeds our expectations …
