Memory Keepers – ‘Disturbed Pair’
About Memory Keepers
In Memory Keepers, duo Jared Paul Boulanger and Amarah Ulghani (both of rock project The Sour Notes) dive deep into their musical tendencies. Miro – ‘Reconstruction’
About Miro
That feeling when you’re walking home at night where the dark hue of the sky mixes with the tones of the street lights. That feeling when you can’t sleep at 4 am and you just feel that one feeling no one can really describe.
It’s almost like when you know you’re by yourself and you feel that when you’re on your own you don’t have to pretend anymore. It’s funny, you feel it even more strongly when you’re pretending you’re not feeling it.
And we all feel it, and it becomes a part of us. Perhaps once in a while, we should watch the tapes of us back through and remind ourselves that even if all of this seems too much right now, everything will be okay.
This is the compass of Miro’s musical atlas. Conveying these emotions is the cornerstone of his music, creating music that takes you to different worlds. Music that doesn’t help you escape reality, but embraces it. Perhaps, even to shape it.
