About NONE OF YOUR CONCERN
NONE OF YOUR CONCERN is a Chicago based electronic duo composed of two anonymous masked artists that were raised on different sides of the musical spectrum. One is a classically trained musician, performing arts teacher and former dancer, who uses the arts to promote social justice. The other fronts a local LGBTQ+ punk band and has worked for a decade to bring multiple genres of music to the queer community on the west side of Chicago.
NOYC was born out of the two’s love of electronic music and its ability to create a world of sounds. The music can best be described as a blend of dark wave and EBM with subtle hip hop influences. Anonymity allows this project to be viewed as an entity presenting avant garde art. The geometric nature of the masks correlate with the architecture of sounds from different genres that the duo uses to sculpt their signature vibe.

Atli Örvarsson – ‘Húm pt. 1’

About Atli Örvarsson
Originally from the small town of Akureyri, Atli Örvarsson became established in the local music scene at a young age. He earned three platinum and two gold records as a member of the Icelandic band Salin hans Jons mins before studying film composing at Berklee College of Music and the North Carolina School of the Arts. He excelled in composing and was awarded the Pete Carpenter Fellowship, which brought him to Los Angeles. He began working alongside TV veteran Mike Post on NYPD Blue and three Law and Order brands. Soon after that, Atli met composer Hans Zimmer, who extended an invitation to join his team at Remote Control Studios. Atli’s accolades include winning the HARPA Nordic Film Composer Award for his acclaimed score to Rams, several ASCAP & BMI Film & TV Music Awards, a “Breakthrough of the Year” nomination with the IFMCA Awards in 2009, plus he was nominated for the prestigious World Soundtrack Academy’s “Discovery of the Year Award” for his score for Babylon A.D in 2009 and his score for Ploey: You Never Fly Alone was nominated for a “Public Choice Award” in 2018.

Wilma Nea – ‘That Rain’
About Wilma Nea
Wilma Nea is the solo project of Wilma Ås, usually seen singing backup vocals in the band Children of the Sün. She debuted with the single ‘Kolgränd’ in early 2019 via artist-run Ish A Record Label.
There is something about Wilma Nea’s music which feels so natural, yet hauntingly original. On ‘That Rain’ a playful mix between hazy strings and groovy percussion sets the listener up for an experience that seemingly only Wilma Nea can offer. Her clever vocal melodies dances atop the instrumentation in a way that manages to feel equal parts showtun-ey as vulnerable.

You Know Who are an emerging soulful electronic production & songwriting duo from London, made up of experienced producer & instrumentalist; Sampl and Grammy Nominated music producer & DJ; Joey Dyer. Born from a natural musical chemistry, their music is heavily inspired by the eclectic mix of London sounds and international genres that raised them.
The ‘You Know Who’ sound encompasses classic soulful chords and keys that echo R&B and gospel music over the 90s & 00s, along with modern retro synthesizers and dirty bass lines that can’t help but make you move.
Growing up through the 90s, they naturally were inspired by legendary producers such as Timbaland, The Neptunes, Hit Boy and Darkchild.
Sharing their time between London and Los Angeles, they have worked across the R&B and Hip Hop scene with the likes of Chris Brown, Gashi, Justin Love, Skepta & Ms Banks, to name a few.

Drinker began in Brooklyn, NY in 2016 as a collaboration between songwriter Aaron Mendelsohn and producer Ariel Loh who connected over their shared influences of artists such as Fever Ray, Bon Iver, and James Blake. Their debut EP, Happy Accident was described as “four tracks of chillwave inspired bliss” by Discobelle in 2017.

downy band is considered the founders of Japanese post rock. They have been a very influential band across various genres and music scenes in Japan since forming in 2000.
Their distinctive style of composition consists of heavy usage of complex beats with an overwhelming sense of persuasiveness. The band has a VJ as a member, and their performances are considered to be dense and explosive with usage of intense visuals.
Throughout their career, they have performed in various festivals, like Fujirock in Japan or China’s biggest rock festival Concrete & Grass. downy also co-hosts a festival “Afterhours” themselves joined by MONO and envy (bands in Japan) in Japan and abroad selling out every single show.

Born to a Brazilian family, based out of Miami, he was pulled to music by the creative force that pulls all artists; Lux also finds solace and peace in the process. He says, “The feeling I get when I’ve just recorded a new idea. My heart feels a little fuller. I feel more confident, more aware for the next moment. I want people to feel empowered. I want people to feel rebellious. I want people to feel intelligent, by intelligent I mean emotionally/spiritually connected to themselves. I want the music to hit ‘em right in the chest.”
