We feel elated for tonight’s exclusive track premiere from talented, based in East Los Angeles, “indie boy” Jayce Geesey and his shimmering indie pop anthem ‘Pride‘.

What we love most is that Jayce isn’t afraid to give it all away and unleash the best in the very first seconds. His clear look in the above photo ties in ideally with the immediacy of his composition, while the compelling chorus seems to have sprung from the 90s “Golden” indie era! We just cannot wait to listen more from this up-and-coming artist. But, in the meantime…

Pride‘ is offically out on October 2nd.

Bio:

Jayce Geesey is an independent alt-pop/rock artist based in East Los Angeles. With a sound that delivers Death Cab for Cutie-esque vocals over indie pop/rock tones of artists like Hippo Campus and Boy Pablo, his music creates a sonic soft serve that tickles the ears with smooth sweetness. A true introvert, he writes, records, and mixes all of his tracks in his DIY-style home recording studio.
