What inspired you to first start making music? And how did you come to be in your current incarnation? Or if you prefer, a brief bio about you.

I was hugely inspired by Cocteau Twins, Robin Guthrie’s solo works and Siouxsie & The Banshees. I once was in a band as a bassist. And have been inspired by many bands/artists past and present.

Provide us with some info about your latest release…

I released two different albums from WEATNU Records and on my own Bandcamp.

Which ones would you consider your main influences both music-wise & non-music-wise?

My influences from many genres, 70s punk rock, 80s New Wave and Guitar pop, Twee pop, Ambient music and so on.

As non-music-wise, being inspired from the nature. I like to be in the forest, rivers, standing by the sea and watching the sky and stars.

In what way does your sound differ from the rest genre-related artists/bands and why should we listen to your music? In other words, how would you describe your sound?

Some people said my music is Vapourgaze(not Vapourwave), Dreamy ambient, Ambient shoegaze, etc, etc. I like them all though. But I think myself my music is “Music For The Sleep”.

I basically have insomnia but I’m nearly falling asleep when I’m making music. So I think my music may be nice for sleeping.

Please name your 3 desert islands albums, movies & books…

3 desert islands albums, I’m going to choose Blue Bell Knoll by Cocteau Twins, Just For A Day by Slowdive, Pink Flag by Wire. Those albums are always by my side with good or bad memories.

I like a film “Paris, Texas”. I like road movies.

I’ve read “The Snow Goose” recently, brilliant story.

Do you prefer studio or performing live and why?

I want to record my music at the studio and play live but I’m a shy guy extremely. Fluffytails is a one-man project. So I make the music in my bedroom.

Is there any funny-unique story you would like to share with us, always in relation to your music ‘career’?

When I moved my home, my four guitars were not working. So shocked. Some months later, these were fixed. But I’ve no idea why. They are like alive.

Which track of your own would you point out as the most unique and why?

My first song as Fluffytails, “Iridescent Clouds” is the song. When in a band, consists of two girls and me, they were writing songs but they didn’t let me join it.
So when a band called it a day, I’ve written this song soon after. I was so delighted.

Would you like to share with our readers your future plans?

Well, I don’t have my future plans at the moment but I wish I could write more dreamy music. Or much different music.

Free question!!! (Ask yourself a question) you wish to answer and haven’t been given the opportunity…

Yay, I could make a brilliant album. I can sleep well!
