What inspired you to first start making music? And how did you come to be in your current incarnation? Or if you prefer, a brief bio about you.

I was inspired by listening to The Beatles and KISS records from my parents collection. I was obsessed with the guitar and the coolness of these bands. It seemed like another universe to me. I would spend hours leaning the guitar solos by George Harrison. I wasn’t too much into singing and writing music in the early stages, but later on it evolved more to be about the songwriting; writing lyrics and melodies.

Provide us with some info about your latest release…

Our debut album is called Under the “Cold Light of the Moon”. It was recorded over 2 years in Sydney, Abbey Road in London, and mixed in LA by legendary engineer Paul Lani (Megadeth, David Bowie, Prince, Beyonce etc.). This album is the perfect representative for our sound. Our first E.P was very much us trying to pin point what that sound was. However you can hear a confidence on this record; a swagger that says we know what we are about…

Which ones would you consider your main influences both music-wise & non-music-wise?

Music wise i’m inspired by great songwriters and musical production. Bands like The Beatles did so much to revolutionize music in both aspects. The partnership of Lennon and McCartney and what they did in the studio with George Martin is a legacy I’m sure all musicians credit at some point in their career.
Non-music wise I’m inspired by people who overcome adversity; hearing stories of the human spirit is a powerful place to draw inspiration from.

In what way does your sound differ from the rest genre-related artists/bands and why should we listen to your music? In other words, how would you describe your sound?

Our sound is unique as it should be with every musician that is true to themselves and are not trying to write or sound like any other specific band or specific genre. Sometimes it’s easy to write for the masses and have predictability on your side, but at some point that will be exposed. We have been 100% honest with ourselves and our craft on this album and that it is not as easy as it sounds. There is always a lot of outside influences that can be taken in so there has to be a fine balance between influence and artistic credit and originality.

Do you prefer studio or performing live and why?

Both are different animals and I love them both for different reasons. I love the studio as it’s a place to be creative, experiment with tone colour and textures to complete a perceived outcome. I like the energy of performing live and connecting with people. I also like the unpredictability and improvisation of live performance.

Is there any funny-unique story you would like to share with us, always in relation to your music ‘career’?

Accidentally hanging out backstage with The Queens of the Stone age in Austin at SXSW…… Oops

Which track of your own would you point out as the most unique and why?

All tracks are unique on our album as it is the chemistry between us 3 members that can not be reproduced. My voice and guitar is coming from me. I’m not trying to really sound like anyone else.

Would you like to share with our readers your future plans?

Continue perfecting our craft, recording, performing and evolving as an artist.

Free question!!! (Ask yourself a question) you wish to answer and haven’t been given the opportunity…

Does a multi-dimensional universe exist, existing at the same time in parallel, although we can only access the one within the apparatus of the five senses within the human body?

YES.
