Caméra, a Montreal-based trio from Canada, introduces their debut work, Le Philtre. The ensemble comprises François Jalbert, the guitarist, composer, and producer; Mélanie Bélair, the violinist, arranger, and composer; and Aurélien Tomasi, a composer, arranger, and wind instrument specialist. Drawing inspiration from the ambiance of the French film Betty Blue, the saxophonist strolled through a coastal town, capturing its essence. Their creation unfolds as a cinematic, neoclassical masterpiece, weaving together sensuality and timeless class.
Through Le Philtre, Caméra invites listeners on a musical journey, immersing them in a world where emotive melodies and sophisticated arrangements converge to create a truly enchanting experience.
