Swedish rock group Searching for Serenity is a band we’ve covered quite a few times on Last Day Deaf in the recent past, and their latest single Yesterdays coulfn’t have been the exception to the rule. In this great track, the band mixed British invasion era rock with late 70s-early 80s punk, in the vein of The Undertones, and we may state this is their most “British” track to date! The lyrics are about the good old days, long before the pandemic when the days were much loooonger, and we were much happier without the “idiot”phones (well we guess!). It’s pure rock n’ punk, catchy as hell and a certain crowd-pleaser at their coming shows, whether they’re moshing or pogoing!
