What inspired you to first start making music? And how did you come to be in your current incarnation? Or if you prefer, a brief bio about you.

COLD FAITH: Well…Due to my elder brother’s influence, I was learning how to play the violin from 3 years old to 11. And from 16 to 18, I was learning the bass.

Jhas: About me…I started playing the piano when I was 5. After that, I was interested in playing the guitar.

COLD FAITH: We first met at a university in Japan which we enrolled. And he became my first friend there!
I began my art activity afterwards, and he restarted his music activity. Three years later, one opportunity came across us to work on an art project together.
Since then, I started making our original tracks!

Provide us with some info about your latest release…

COLD FAITH: We will be releasing our second single by the end of this summer from a record label. We will also be collaborating with two great talents, Hirohisa Nakano and Lucien Murat on this project!
This stuff has some important meanings to all the people. We really hope that everyone listens to the NEW track and read the lyrics. We want people to think deeply about the theme through this music.

Which ones would you consider your main influences both music-wise & non-music-wise?

COLD FAITH: Music-wise: Affairs and inner emotions.
Non music-wise: Spending time with my family and friends.

Jhas: Music-wise: Nature.
Non music-wise: Going surfing!

In what way does your sound differ from the rest genre-related artists/bands and why should we listen to your music? In other words, how would you describe your sound?

COLD FAITH: First, we convert our massive emotions that’s coming from inner selves into lyrics, and then forming melody lines and sounds according to them.

Do you prefer studio or performing live and why?

Maybe studio. But we are wanting to perform all over the world when we release our EPs of albums!

Is there any funny-unique story you would like to share with us, always in relation to your music ‘career’?

COLD FAITH: Well…Sorry. Nothing in particular to share.

Which track of your own would you point out as the most unique and why?

COLD FAITH: We especially like cold pads and rough polyrhythms! But anyways, don’t think anything, just feel them! Hahaha…

Would you like to share with our readers your future plans?

After we release our second stuff, we want to look for a record label that is neat and that fits us. Also we want to release our first EP and album from there.

Free question!!! (Ask yourself a question) you wish to answer and haven’t been given the opportunity.

Q: Can we keep protecting artists’ rights and keep innovating in the art industry in the future?

A: Yes!
