After 2 first Eps in 2016 on Voxnox & ARTS [Digital], the young Berliner Talent Opål comes back on the new swiss Imprint Bipolar Disorder. The Silem EP shows Opål’s ease to encompass both energetic, raving or deeper Techno style; main title “Silem” first takes the listener through a melodic journey made to warm up dancefloors, followed by the straight forward, dubbier “Capillaries”. “Cadmium” injects acceleration again on the B-Side with a strong stomping bass, before to close on a more chill vibe, echoing the trancier style of vinyl’s opening – with “Solar”. A Digital Bonus (DL code inserted in pack) accompanies the Vinyl, showcasing a grittier, deeper aspect of the artist’s productions. Never forcing the audience, Opål cares for atmospheres. His ability to experiment and blend genres insures him a unique signature in a driven, puristic, sometimes dubby or leaning toward raving, hypnotic style.
