- V98 – ‘Gracious’
V98 seem to be drinking from that very special and unique water of Dublin, since after their great ‘Conversation Killer‘ banger they unleash the ultra-catchy post punk hymn ‘Gracious‘. According to the band’s guitarist Conor Healy this is probably the closest thing they have to a political song. Prepare yourselves for a memorable, powerful vocal performance, some excellent guitar work and an anthemic chorus many indie (pop) bands should be jealous of. Edgy post-punk from Dublin City (the “rock capital” for this ending decade), and one of the most defining moments of 2019. Enjoy!

Frequent Danger Mouse collaborator and genius rapper MF Doom features prominently on the track bringing his commanding panache to the luminous head bopper. Check it out!

- On Man – ‘United’
Sometimes words are too poor to describe an extreme audiovisual masterpiece like in the case of On Man‘s ‘United‘. What we may say, without spoiling the ‘fun’, is that this gem gives a brand new, twisted, aspect of the motto ‘til death tear us apart‘. There’s not much info about this mysterious electronic project. What’s for sure is that we feel addicted with their experimental, stellar indie electro sound from the next millenium. Magnum opus…

- Wild Year – ‘「UNLEARNING」’
This one is the focus track by four-piece indie electro-pop band from Los Angeles Wild Year, and their recently (November 8th, Diversion Records) released album ‘I Love You Dreamweaver… Stop Haunting Me‘. If you are after an atmospheric, indie electronic slow-burner, with emotive female vocals, then this is the ideal candidate. A song of riveting beauty!

- HA|XO – ‘Alone in the Club’
The ultimate soundtrack od dancing alone in a vast, dark ware house may very well be HA|XO‘s ‘Alone in the Club‘. Perfectly balanced production, merciless, powerful rhythm, melodic techno escapade to the outer-sphere, and above all, an anthemic opus that first aims for your mind, then for your soul and finally for your feet. Sorry, abandoning this write-up for now, turning off the light, pumping up the volume and gonna dance myself until drop with this French genius…
