Canadian post-rock band Do Make Say Think return after an eight year hiatus with ‘Stubborn Persistent Illusions‘, the first release since their sixth album, 2009’s ‘Other Truths‘. The narrative to ‘Stubborn Persistent Illusions‘ is stated in a press release to be loosely originated from a Buddhist poem about working with a wild mind; each track representing a thought or daydream.

DMST shares members with indie rock band Broken Social Scene who also seems to be in the midst of a resurgence with fans speculating of a new release coming from their way.
