What inspired you to first start making music? And how did you come to be in your current incarnation? Or if you prefer, a brief bio about you.

I find that music, for myself, has incapsulated my best memories and really helped get me through my worst memories: I guess I would love to do that for other people. When I first met Jazz and Alex we all clicked and had the same kind of dream, which started our journey to break out of a small town and go for it in the big smoke! We found Matyas on the Camden dive bar scene and it all fit right in to our weird way of going about things.

Provide us with some info about your latest release…

We recorded Cigarettes earlier this year with Michael from RYP, it felt like he had a wicked understanding of our rough and ready, light and dark sound. Cigarettes is one of our older tunes, I guess it really stuck around past our days in our best friends Nan’s garage and we couldn’t let it go.

Which ones would you consider your main influences both music-wise & non-music-wise?

In the band we have so many influences which keeps things super interesting.  The main names we can all agree on are Arctic Monkeys, The Black Keys, Tame Impala, Foals and not to forget we’re pretty obsessed with IDLES at the minute but hey who isn’t!

In what way does your sound differ from the rest genre-related artists/bands and why should we listen to your music? In other words, how would you describe your sound?

We seem to offer the London gig circuit something pretty human which I think people have been missing. It’s hard to describe our sound, we just let our brains spill and if it’s good it sticks, I guess we’re separately inspired by artists in our own field but it makes it fun and harder to

Please name your 3 desert islands albums, movies & books…

Do you prefer studio or performing live and why?

I prefer to play live I think, it can be all unpredictable and energetic and fun! In the studio it’s about getting it right but if you want to let loose and be free with what you’ve written get on a stage.

Is there any funny-unique story you would like to share with us, always in relation to your music ‘career’?

Which track of your own would you point out as the most unique and why?

Would you like to share with our readers your future plans?

Hey if you like our stuff, stay tuned! We are most certainly not done yet!

Free question!!! (Ask yourself a question) you wish to answer and haven’t been given the opportunity…

How excited are you for the future?

I can’t even begin to describe.
